Meditation, Visualization, Awakening
Meditative and visualization practice are central to sharpening the mind and leading the Buddhist practitioner toward the goal of awakening. The practices have taken many forms in the Buddhist world, and while once the exclusive purview of monastic practitioners, in the modern world, meditative practices have been embraced by the laity as well.
